Annual Renewal

Renewal requirements:

Annual renewal is required to maintain your DOMAC certification

Submit the completed Certification Renewal Form

Pay the applicable Annual Renewal Fee (CPDOA $225 | CPDOM $275 | CPDC $350, plus applicable GST/HST)

Provide documentation of 20 hours of Continuing Education (CE) completed during the certification period

Submit a signed copy of the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct – link in the renewal reminder email

Renewals submitted after your certification expiry date are subject to a $250 late fee.

Certifications not renewed within 60 days of expiry will be revoked and require full reapplication.
