Become Certified

Becoming certified with DOMAC represents a commitment to a national standard of excellence. Each designation confirms that an individual has demonstrated mastery of the competencies relevant to their role in dental office administration, management, or consulting. Certification is voluntary and is not required to work in this profession.

To begin the certification process, register below. You will receive an email outlining the required documentation for your chosen certification, along with an invitation to join DOMAC as a free member if you are not already one. Once your documentation has been reviewed and approved by the Certification Committee, you will be invoiced for the applicable fee and provided with access to your examination.

As part of becoming a Free Member, you will review our Code Of Conduct that you can preview here. With your Free Membership application, you will receive a copy of the Code to sign and a chance to ask any questions you have about our Association or the Code itself.

Once you are a Member, and if you are eligible, please download and print the Application for Certification form found here, then fill out the form and scan and email it with all supporting documents to info@officemanagers.ca. Once you have submitted your documentation, you can submit payment on our site, here.
